Thank you for a long journey. New York Haunted has finally reached release number 250 and it's a doozy. NYZ, aka Dave Noyze aka Dave Burraston aka the underground overlord of doom brings the abstract technological heat for this one, with a deep 13 tracks of fizzed out fm-synthesis, long and short form algorithmic waveforms and dog bark sampling madness.

As some of you might already know, NYZ is a real synth wizard, deep into research and programming. Dave has worked with many diverse collaborators such as Aphex Twin, Chris Watson, Doug Quin, Russell Haswell, Robin Fox, Oren Ambarchi, Sarah Last and many more. In 2014 he independently published the legendary "SYROBONKERS!", the most technical and in-depth interview ever given by Aphex Twin.

This should give you a bit of a direction of what to expect. But honestly, NYZ's music is far beyond anything you'll imagine at this point. It's really a philosophical question, wrapped in FM synthesis. We are honored to welcome this LEGEND to NYH and proud to present his album MPE as our 250th release.
